We are working hard and fast. Continue to do open fx and Hex Fixes on week old fx's. Very sad muchsuffering. Did c- section and 14 wk preg lady under spinal. Everyone is wearing down I am here alone and we just got in 30 new pts including children. One big grp left tonight so it will be different Doc's. All Ortho cases. Amputations and applying external fixators to lower extremities. We hear pts crying out in pain both day and night. Many are hungry and homeless...it is so hard to comprehend for us. They have all they own rapped in a bag around their waste. Infections are rampant and the caskets file by constantly. Yet their spirits are good thru all of this hopelessness. There isso much wrk left to do and new severe extremity injuries are coming in hourly. Please pray and send money. The government, ours included, are slow in getting it out. No one much wants to be the annoymous servant.
