Wow!!! What an unbelievable situation down here. We have back log of 150-200 cases with new pts arriving hourly. We had several
different teams come in today. We are running OR 24 hrs. Sterilizeing with Clorox and alcohol. Our anes technique is basically Propofol and Ketamine with Versed and Fentanyl. We probably have more Propofol then in West Tennessee. The supplies are comng in better now. Which is a blessing. Thanks for prayers, encouragment and support. Don't know how long we will be needed We are in Jimani on the border of Dominocin Republic and Haiti. Logistics are very difficult. But this has been a challenge but a blessing
